Catch up with major site changes and updates, especially the removal of many no longer relevant or lower quality pages.
I’ve removed quite a number of pages that I believe to no longer be relevant, or which were of lower quality than I want to have on the site. In addition, I have fixed an issue with the Perplex theme with new Hugo. For my (minor) fixes you can see:

I have also updated my resume (HTML and PDF).
Finally, I have made external links open in a new tab as this is standard practise and tools and users expect it.
